Product Overview

The MSI MEG Z890 ACE is an ATX motherboard built on the Intel Z890 chipset for LGA1851 Core Ultra (Arrow Lake) processors. What sets it apart is its connectivity: 10 GbE LAN from the Marvell AQC113CS, an Intel Killer BE1750x WiFi 7 module with Bluetooth 5.4, two Thunderbolt 4 ports and five M.2 slots, alongside four DDR5 slots that take up to 256 GB.

It suits high-end Intel gaming and enthusiast builds that need a lot of storage and fast networking. Expansion comes from one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot running at x8 and one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot running at x4. Audio uses a Realtek ALC4082 codec with an ESS9219Q DAC. There are eight 4-pin PWM fan headers and Mystic Light RGB support. A BIOS update may be needed for the newest CPUs.
