Product Overview

The ASRock Z890 Taichi AQUA is an E-ATX motherboard for LGA 1851 Intel Core Ultra processors, built on the Intel Z890 chipset. It stands out with dual wired networking, a Marvell AQC113 10 Gb Ethernet port alongside a Realtek RTL8126 5 Gb port, plus WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Storage is generous too, with six M.2 connectors, two of them PCIe Gen 5.0, and four SATA ports.

This board suits high-end Intel builds that need plenty of storage and fast connectivity. It supports up to 256 GB of DDR5 across four slots, with memory standards listed up to DDR5-9200. Rear I/O includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, four USB-C 10 Gbit/s and four USB-C 5 Gbit/s ports, and Realtek ALC4082 audio with an ESS SABRE9219 DAC.
