The ASRock Z890 Lightning WiFi is an ATX motherboard built on the Intel Z890 chipset for LGA1851 Core Ultra 200-series (Arrow Lake) processors. It pairs four DDR5 slots, supporting up to 256 GB, with four M.2 sockets, one of them PCIe Gen 5.0, and two Thunderbolt 4 ports on the rear I/O.

Networking is covered by a Killer E3100G 2.5 Gb Ethernet port plus WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, with the antennas included in the box. It suits a high-end Intel Arrow Lake gaming or workstation build that needs fast storage and plenty of expansion. Internally it offers eight 4-pin PWM fan headers and one RGB and three addressable RGB headers. A BIOS update may be needed for the newest processors.

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock. On the next day I had a positive from them and in about a week the card was installed on my pc ! On top of that they work with Humm so I could split the payments.
