The MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK WIFI is an ATX motherboard for AMD Socket AM5 processors, built on the B850 chipset. It supports Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series CPUs and has four DDR5 slots for up to 256 GB of memory. What sets it apart is its mix of connectivity: Wi-Fi 7, 5 Gigabit LAN, a 20 Gbit/s USB-C port and a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot.

This board suits gaming builds around a current Ryzen processor, especially where fast storage is a priority: three M.2 slots are fitted, the first running at PCIe 5.0 and the other two at PCIe 4.0. MSI lists a 14+2+1 digital power phase design with 80A Smart Power Stage. Handy extras include tool-free EZ M.2 Clips, an EZ WiFi antenna and eight 4-pin PWM fan headers.
