Product Overview

The Intenso TOP 2 TB SATA III SSD is a 2.5-inch solid state drive with 2 TB of capacity and sequential speeds of up to 550 MB/s read and 500 MB/s write. It is rated for 960 TBW and a 2,000,000-hour MTBF, which is a high endurance figure for a SATA drive of this class. It supports TRIM and S.M.A.R.T. monitoring.

With its standard 2.5-inch, 7 mm form factor and SATA 6 Gb/s interface, the drive is a straightforward upgrade for older desktops and laptops that still use a SATA bay, or a way to add a large storage drive to a gaming PC alongside an NVMe boot drive. It is flash-based with no moving parts, so it runs silently and is resistant to knocks. It weighs just 33 g.
