The GIGABYTE X870E AORUS XTREME X3D AI TOP is an E-ATX motherboard for Socket AM5 built on the AMD X870E chipset. What sets it apart is the combination of dual 10 Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7 with Bluetooth 5.4, two USB4 ports and five M.2 slots, two of them PCIe 5.0. It supports Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series processors, with X3D Turbo Mode 2.0 for Ryzen X3D chips.

This board suits high-end AM5 gaming and multitasking builds where connectivity and storage count. Four DDR5 slots take up to 256 GB, with supported speeds up to 9000 MT/s (O.C.). Audio comes from an ESS ES9280AC DAC plus two ESS ES9080 chips. As an E-ATX board measuring 285 x 305 mm, it needs a case that supports the larger form factor. A BIOS update may be required for the newest processors.

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. The computer came very well packed however, the cooler fan was loose inside the case. I managed to fix watching some youtube videos, not a big deal. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock. On the next day I had a positive from them and in about a week the card was installed on my pc ! On top of that they work with Humm so I could split the payments.
