The Gigabyte X870 EAGLE WIFI7 is an ATX motherboard for AMD Socket AM5, built on the AMD X870 chipset. It supports Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series processors, and its feature set is aimed at current builds: a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, a PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot, Wi-Fi 7 with Bluetooth 5.4 and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet. Two USB4 ports are included on the rear I/O.

With four DDR5 slots supporting up to 256 GB and speeds up to DDR5-8000 (OC), this board suits gaming PCs and high-capacity builds around the latest Ryzen CPUs. Storage is covered by three M.2 slots and four SATA ports, with RAID 0, 1, 10 and 5 available. Rear I/O includes HDMI, USB-A 3.2 and USB 2.0 ports, plus 7.1-channel audio. Note that a BIOS update may be needed for the newest processors.

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. The computer came very well packed however, the cooler fan was loose inside the case. I managed to fix watching some youtube videos, not a big deal. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock. On the next day I had a positive from them and in about a week the card was installed on my pc ! On top of that they work with Humm so I could split the payments.
