Product Overview

The GigaByte B850 EAGLE WIFI6E is an ATX motherboard for Socket AM5, built on the AMD B850 chipset. It offers four DDR5 slots for up to 256 GB of memory, with supported speeds up to 8200 MT/s (O.C.), plus three M.2 slots, the first running at PCIe 5.0 and the other two at PCIe 4.0. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 are already onboard, so no extra network card is needed.

This board suits an AM5 gaming or general-purpose PC based on a Ryzen 7000, 8000 or 9000 series processor, including X3D models. Along with one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, it provides four SATA III ports with RAID 0, 1 and 10, Gigabit LAN and a rear panel with USB-C 10 Gbit/s, HDMI and DisplayPort. Note that some newer processors may need a BIOS update before they will work.
