Product Overview
The ASRock B650M-H/M.2+ AM5 motherboard is a Micro ATX board built on the AMD B650 chipset for Socket AM5 processors. It has two DDR5 slots supporting up to 96 GB of memory, one PCIe x16 slot, two PCIe x1 slots and two M.2 connectors, plus four SATA ports. The CPU support list covers Ryzen 5, 7 and 9 from the 7000 and 9000 series, as well as the 8000F and 8000G models.
With its compact µATX footprint (244 x 244 mm), this board suits budget and mid-range AM5 builds in smaller cases, from gaming PCs to everyday systems. Video outputs (HDMI and DisplayPort) work only with a CPU that has integrated graphics. Networking is covered by Realtek Gigabit LAN, and audio by a Realtek ALC897 codec. ASRock notes that a BIOS update may be needed for the newest processors. SATA cables, screws and an I/O shield are included.
