The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 Dual Edition is a 16-core, 32-thread desktop processor for Socket AM5, built on the Zen 5 architecture. What sets it apart is the 192 MB of L3 cache delivered through AMD’s Dual 3D V-Cache technology, which AMD says brings low latency and extra gaming performance. It runs at a 4.3 GHz base clock with boost up to 5.6 GHz.

This is a tray version, supplied without retail packaging and without a cooler, so it suits builders who already have a suitable cooler or are assembling a custom system. The multiplier is unlocked, the TDP is 200 W, and the chip supports dual-channel memory with AMD EXPO and ECC, plus PCIe 5.0. Integrated Radeon Graphics are included for basic display output without a separate graphics card.
