The SanDisk Optimus 5100 1 TB NVMe SSD is a PCIe 4.0 x4 drive in the compact M.2 2280 format, rated at up to 7,100 MB/s sequential read and 6,700 MB/s sequential write. It is a QLC drive, with random performance of up to 1,000,000 IOPS for reads and 1,300,000 IOPS for writes, and a rated endurance of 600 TBW.

The Optimus 5100 suits desktop PCs and compatible laptops with a free M.2 slot, where it can serve as a fast boot and games drive or as storage for creative projects and large files.
