The ASUS ROG Strix 850W Platinum is an 850 W ATX 3.1 power supply with 80 PLUS Platinum and Cybenetics Platinum certification. What sets it apart is the ROG Equalizer, a patented 12V-2×6 PCIe cable designed to reduce heat stress on the cable and connector, together with a GPU-First Intelligent Voltage Stabilizer for steady power to the graphics card. It uses a GaN MOSFET and a fully modular cable design.

With a native 12V-2×6 connector plus four 6+2-pin PCIe connectors, this PSU suits high-end gaming builds with a modern graphics card. The full set of protections (OCP, OVP, UVP, OPP, SCP, OTP) and a single 70.8 A +12 V rail cover demanding systems, while the standard ATX size fits most cases.
