The Asus ROG Strix 1000W Platinum White is a 1000 W ATX power supply that is both 80 PLUS Platinum and Cybenetics Platinum certified. It meets the ATX 3.1 standard with PCIe 5.1 support and includes a native 12V-2×6 connector for the graphics card, alongside four 6+2-pin PCIe connectors. Asus uses GaN MOSFETs, which it says improve energy efficiency by up to 30 %, and a “GPU-FIRST” voltage sensing design with a patented voltage stabiliser that it says improves the power delivery to the graphics card by up to 45 %.

With 1000 W on the +12V rail (83.3 A), fully modular cabling and a white finish, this unit suits high-end gaming builds with a power-hungry graphics card and a light-coloured or white-themed case. Large ROG heatsinks cover critical components, and the dual ball bearing fan lasts up to twice as long as sleeve bearings, according to Asus. The fan runs in semi-passive mode, so it stays off under light loads, such as casual gaming. The unit measures 160 x 150 x 86 mm and weighs 1.8 kg.

Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock. On the next day I had a positive from them and in about a week the card was installed on my pc ! On top of that they work with Humm so I could split the payments.
