The ASUS TUF Gaming Z790-Plus WiFi is an ATX motherboard for Intel LGA 1700 processors, built on the Intel Z790 chipset. It supports four DDR5 slots in dual-channel, with speeds up to DDR5-7200 (OC) and up to 256 GB of memory, and adds a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot plus four M.2 slots, each running PCIe Gen 4.0. Connectivity includes 2.5 Gb Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.

This board suits an Intel gaming or general-purpose build that needs plenty of storage and fast memory. With four M.2 slots, four SATA ports and RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10, it handles multi-drive setups. The 16+1 DrMOS power stages (60 A each), seven 4-pin PWM fan headers and AURA Sync RGB support suit cooling-focused builds. A BIOS update may be needed for the newest processors.
