Product Overview

The ASRock X870E Nova WiFi is an ATX motherboard for Socket AM5 built on the AMD X870E chipset. What sets it apart is the connectivity: two USB4 ports, 5 Gb Ethernet (RTL8126), Wi-Fi 7 with Bluetooth 5.4, and five M.2 slots, with the first slot running at PCIe Gen 5.0. It has four DDR5 slots for up to 256 GB of memory.

This board suits high-end Ryzen builds, with support for Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series processors, including X3D models (a BIOS update may be needed for the newest CPUs). Storage options include four SATA ports with RAID 0, 1 and 10. Cooling and lighting are covered by seven 4-pin PWM fan headers, three addressable RGB headers and one RGB header. The box includes four SATA cables, a Wi-Fi antenna, an ARGB splitter cable and three thermistor cables.
