The Samsung Odyssey G5 34 Inch Curved Gaming Monitor pairs a 34-inch 21:9 VA panel with UWQHD resolution (3440 x 1440) and a 165 Hz refresh rate. A 1000R curve, a 1 ms (MPRT) response time and a 2500:1 typical contrast ratio set it apart from flatter, slower ultrawide screens, while AMD FreeSync Premium helps keep fast games free of tearing and stutter.

This ultrawide suits gaming PCs where a wide field of view matters, from racing and strategy titles to shooters. It offers one HDMI 2.0 and one DisplayPort 1.4 input plus a headphone output, HDR10 support and gaming modes such as Black Equalizer, Low Input Lag Mode and Virtual AIM Point. All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. The computer came very well packed however, the cooler fan was loose inside the case. I managed to fix watching some youtube videos, not a big deal. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock.
