The G.Skill Ripjaws M5 RGB DDR5-6000 is a 64 GB memory kit made up of two 32 GB modules. It runs at DDR5-6000 (PC5-48000) with tight 30-40-40-96 timings at 1.4 V, which is a low CAS latency for a kit of this capacity. The modules are finished in white and feature RGB lighting, so they suit a light-coloured build as well as a darker one.

This kit is aimed at Intel-based gaming PCs and high-capacity builds where the XMP 3.0 profile can be enabled in the BIOS to reach the rated speed. With 64 GB split across two standard 288-pin DIMMs, it leaves your remaining slots free and gives plenty of headroom for demanding games, streaming and multitasking. The white heatspreader-style look and RGB lighting make it a good match for white-themed cases and components.

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock.
