The Intel Core i7-14700 is a 20-core, 28-thread desktop processor for the LGA 1700 socket, built on the Raptor Lake-S architecture. It combines 8 Performance cores (16 threads, up to 5.4 GHz boost) with 12 Efficiency cores (up to 4.2 GHz boost), backed by 28 MB of L2 and 33 MB of L3 cache. It includes Intel UHD Graphics 770.

This boxed version ships with a PWM cooler, so you can get a build running without buying a separate cooler. It has a 65 W base power rating and a 219 W maximum, and supports PCIe 5.0, DDR5 and DDR4 memory. It is compatible with motherboards based on Intel 700 and 600 series chipsets, making it a good fit for gaming and multitasking builds on an LGA 1700 platform.
