The Ocypus Gamma A40 ARGB is a compact single-tower air cooler in white, standing just 133 mm tall. It pairs four heatpipes with a 100 mm hydraulic-bearing PWM fan running from 600 to 2,400 RPM, moving up to 41 CFM of air at a rated noise level of 29.5 dB. The cooler is rated for CPUs up to 200 W TDP.

Its low height makes it a sensible choice for compact cases and small-form-factor builds where taller towers will not fit, and it covers a wide range of sockets: Intel LGA 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1200, 1700 and 1851, plus AMD AM4 and AM5. The addressable RGB lighting connects via a standard ARGB header and can be synchronised with other ARGB components through compatible motherboard software. It suits compact gaming, multimedia and all-round PCs.

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock.
