The Fractal Design Dynamic 3 140 is a 140 mm PWM case fan in black that turns between 350 and 1,800 RPM. At full speed it moves 129.6 m³/h (76.3 cfm) of air with a static pressure of up to 2.61 mm H2O, while noise is rated at 31.9 dB. It uses a swept-blade design and a rifle bearing, and the 4-pin PWM connector lets the motherboard adjust cooling and noise to suit the load.

This is a single-fan pack aimed at gaming and high-performance PC builds that need a 140 mm case fan for intake or exhaust. The cable is 500 mm long with an extra 60 mm daisy-chain lead, so several fans can share one header and the wiring stays tidy. The moulded centre cover gives a clean look, and at 25 mm deep and 186 g it is a standard-thickness 140 mm fan.
