The TP-Link TG-3468 is a PCIe x1 Gigabit Ethernet card that adds a single RJ-45 port to a desktop PC. It supports 10, 100 and 1000 Mbit/s with auto-negotiation and Auto-MDIX, so it detects the network speed and cable type on its own. Wake-on-LAN is supported, which lets you power the PC on or off remotely.
This card suits a desktop build whose motherboard has no wired network port, or one where you want a spare or replacement Gigabit port. It fits any free PCIe x1 slot, and a low-profile bracket is supplied alongside the standard one for mini tower cases. Two LEDs show network traffic and the negotiated speed.
