Product Overview

The Team Group T-FORCE VULCAN Z 2 TB SATA SSD is a 2.5-inch drive with 3D TLC NAND and rated speeds of up to 550 MB/s read and 500 MB/s write over a SATA 6 Gb/s interface. At 2 TB it offers plenty of room for a large game library, and it is rated for 400 TBW with an MTBF of 1,000,000 hours.

Standing just 7 mm tall and weighing 45 g, this drive fits ultrabooks as well as desktop PCs, so it works equally well as a laptop upgrade or as extra storage in a gaming build. It supports TRIM, SLC caching, global wear levelling, LDPC ECC and S.M.A.R.T. monitoring, and connects via a standard SATA data and 15-pin power connection. Team Group states that games load or boot in a few seconds.
