The Patriot Viper VP4300 Lite 2 TB is a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe 2.0 M.2 2280 SSD with sequential read speeds of up to 7,400 MB/s and write speeds of up to 6,400 MB/s. It uses a DRAMless design that relies on host memory buffering, and supports Toggle 5 and ONFi 5 flash modes for data rates of up to 2400 MT/s. Its endurance rating is 1,600 TBW.

With 2 TB of capacity in a black M.2 2280 stick that weighs just 9 g and is 3.8 mm thick, the VP4300 Lite suits compact, high-performance PC builds as well as the PS5, where sequential reads of up to 6,100 MB/s are quoted.
