The Patriot P300 128 GB NVMe SSD is an M.2 2280 drive that connects over PCIe 3.0 x4 and supports NVMe 1.3. It reaches sequential read speeds of up to 1,600 MB/s and write speeds of up to 600 MB/s, with random performance rated at 290,000 IOPS read and 150,000 IOPS write. It uses TLC NAND and is rated for 40 TB written (TBW).

With 128 GB of capacity, the P300 suits a fast boot drive for a budget build, an older PC that still boots from a slow hard drive, or a compact system that needs an M.2 module. It draws 2.07 W in operation and 0.37 W at idle, and weighs only 20 g. Patriot lists NANDXtend ECC technology and HBM technology as features. It fits any M.2 slot with M key support.
