Product Overview

The ADATA Ultimate SU650 2 TB SATA SSD is a 2.5-inch drive built on 3D NAND flash with a high-speed controller. It reaches up to 520 MB/s sequential read and 450 MB/s sequential write over SATA 6 Gb/s. It is rated for 1,120 TBW and an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours, with SLC caching to help sustain peak speeds and ECC to detect and fix errors.

The SU650 suits anyone replacing a mechanical hard drive in a desktop PC or laptop, or adding a large 2 TB drive for games and files without the cost of an NVMe model. With no moving parts it is silent and draws very little power. It resists shock up to 1500 G and operates from 0 to 70 “C. ADATA’s free SSD Toolbox and Migration Utility let you monitor drive health and clone an existing drive, including the operating system.
