Product Overview

The Corsair RM1000x (2024) is a 1000 W ATX power supply from the RMx series, rated Cybenetics Gold for efficiency. It meets the ATX12V 3.1 standard and supports PCIe 5.1, with a native 12+4 pin (12V-2×6) connector for high-power graphics cards. All 1000 W is available on the single +12 V rail (83.3 A), and the cabling is fully modular.

With four 6+2 pin PCIe connectors plus the 12V-2×6 socket, this unit suits high-end gaming builds with a power-hungry GPU. A 140 mm fan runs semi-passively, so it stays off at small and medium loads for near-silent operation, and a tuned fan curve keeps noise low at full load. Twelve SATA connectors cover storage-heavy builds. Protections include OVP, UVP, OPP, SCP and OTP. It measures 150 x 86 x 160 mm and weighs 3.1 kg.
