Product Overview
The Chieftec Vega M 1000W is a 1000 W ATX power supply built to the ATX12V 3.1 standard with PCIe 5.1 support and 80 PLUS Gold efficiency. It is fully modular, uses an LLC half-bridge converter with DC-to-DC technology, and delivers its full 1000 W on the +12V rail (83.33 A). A native 12+4 pin (12V-2×6) connector means no adapter is needed for modern high-power graphics cards.
With four 6+2 pin PCIe connectors alongside the 12V-2×6 cable, the Vega M suits mainstream gaming builds and high-end graphics card upgrades. The cables are extra long, which helps when building in larger cases, and the 135 mm FDB fan is temperature controlled to balance cooling and noise. Protections include OCP, OVP, UVP, OPP, SCP, OTP and SIP. It accepts 100-240 V input with active PFC.
