Product Overview

The Yamaha True X-Bar 40A is a Dolby Atmos soundbar with a built-in subwoofer, rated at 180 W RMS in total. It combines 2 front speakers, 2 upward-firing height speakers and the integrated subwoofer in a single 1,015 mm bar. Unlike many single-bar systems, it supports True X Surround, so wireless surround speakers and a separate wireless subwoofer can be added later.

With an HDMI input, an HDMI output with eARC and an optical input, the True X-Bar 40A suits a living-room TV setup or a gaming and console corner. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 bring streaming through Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2 and Tidal Connect, and Alexa voice control is built in. At just 63 mm high it fits under most TVs, and a wall-mounting template and spacers are included in the box.
