The Thermaltake GS50 RGB USB microphone is a wired desktop condenser microphone with a three-capacitor design and 24-bit audio at up to 96 kHz sampling. It offers four polar patterns (omnidirectional, bidirectional, cardioid and stereo), which is more than a single-pattern mic gives you, and a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response. 16.8 million RGB lighting colours add visual flair to a streaming setup.
It is aimed at gamers and streamers who want a plug-in USB microphone for PC, with a 2 m cable, a 3.5 mm jack output and a USB-C connection. Three adjustable modes cover headphone volume, microphone gain and the blend between microphone and headphone mix. A versatile adapter fits 3/8-inch and 5/8-inch threads, so it works with most microphone stands and boom arms. It weighs 340 g.
