The Rode NT1 Signature Purple bundle pairs a wired cardioid studio condenser microphone with a 3 m premium XLR cable and the DS2 desktop studio arm. The microphone uses the HF6 1-inch true condenser capsule, giving the classic NT1 sound with warm, rich bass, detailed mids and bright highs. It is described as having very low self-noise and a very high maximum sound pressure level, so it handles everything from whispers to drums.
