Product Overview
The Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition is an officially Airbus-licensed, 1:1 scale replica of the A320/A320neo sidestick for PC flight simulation. It uses Thrustmaster’s H.E.A.R.T (HallEffect AccuRate Technology) magnetic sensors, giving 14-bit resolution (16,384 x 16,384 values) on the pitch and roll axes without potentiometers, so there is no contact wear on the sensors. It also has a built-in throttle axis, thrust reverser mechanism and a twist rudder with a locking system.
This sidestick suits airliner-style flight simulation, with native Plug & Play support in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Four swappable head button modules let you set it up for the captain’s seat, the co-pilot’s seat or a centred stick for solo flights, and a selector switch configures the base buttons for right- or left-handed use. It can be paired with Thrustmaster T.Flight Rudder Pedals or the Pendular Rudder (both sold separately) and is programmable through T.A.R.G.E.T software. It connects by USB cable to Windows 8 and 10 PCs and has a weighted base for stability.
