Product Overview

The Razer Kraken V4 X Pokémon Kanto Starters Edition is a wired over-ear gaming headset in black and yellow with closed-back ear cups. It uses 40 mm TriForce drivers covering 20 Hz to 20 kHz, delivers stereo or 7.1 virtual surround sound, and adds Razer Chroma RGB lighting with 16.8 million colours. At 310 g it is a fairly light headset for its type.

This headset suits gamers who want a plug-in USB headset that works across several platforms: it is listed as compatible with PC, Mac, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, mobile phones and mobile players. It connects over a 1.8 m cable with USB-C, and a USB-C to USB-A adapter is included. Volume is controlled on the cable, and the retractable microphone covers 100 Hz to 10 kHz. Oval ear cushions complete the design.

Excellent seller and a great price for the Ryzen 7 9800X3D. Since the product is shipped from Poland, delivery takes a little longer compared to local stores, but my order arrived within the estimated timeframe. Everything was as expected. Highly recommended!

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. The computer came very well packed however, the cooler fan was loose inside the case. I managed to fix watching some youtube videos, not a big deal. In general, I am very happy with the purchase and all the customer service.

Very happy with my order. PC is working great and arrived in time and well packed. Definitely worth the purchase. Nowadays it's difficult for most people to spend a lot of money on one item, so I was pleased when I noticed they offered purchase options through Humm.

Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock. On the next day I had a positive from them and in about a week the card was installed on my pc ! On top of that they work with Humm so I could split the payments. Great customer service, they will be my guys for all my pc things!

Ovidiu Cimpoeru

Brilliant! No issues, the GPU arrived in about a weeks time
