Product Overview

The Razer BlackShark V3 for PlayStation wireless headset is a wireless esports headset built around Razer’s second-generation Triforce Titanium 50 mm drivers, with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 28 kHz. It connects over a 2.4 GHz USB dongle, Bluetooth or USB-C, and the source data states that all three can be used at the same time to stay connected to several devices. It supports 7.1 virtual surround and THX Spatial Audio.

The detachable 9.9 mm Razer HyperClear super wideband microphone is aimed at clear voice chat. It suits PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players, and the headset is also listed as compatible with PC, Mac and mobile phones. Battery life is up to 70 hours, but only on 2.4 GHz with a PC; with a PlayStation the description gives up to 48 hours. At 270 g, with memory foam ear cushions, it is designed to stay comfortable over long sessions. The Razer Audio App provides a customisable equalizer and FPS profiles.
