Product Overview

The Jabra Evolve 20 is a wired, on-ear stereo headset with a noise-cancelling boom microphone and an in-line control unit for volume and mute. It ships with a USB-C connector and a USB-C to USB-A adapter, so it works with both modern and older PCs and laptops. Foam ear cushions and 28 mm speakers cover calls and music, and the whole headset weighs just 132 g.

This is an entry-level professional headset for home offices, call centres and anyone on video calls all day. It is UC-certified and works with Windows and Mac. Setup is plug-and-play, with no software needed to get started, although Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress add extra functions. Hearing protection comes from Jabra PeakStop and Jabra Safetone, and the foam ear cushions help reduce high-frequency background noise.

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock.
