The Xilence Performance C Series 140 mm case fan is a black and red 140 x 140 x 25 mm fan that runs at 900 RPM and moves 70.3 m³/h (41.37 CFM) of air at just 20 dB. It uses a hydro (liquid) bearing and airflow-optimised rotor blades, which is what keeps the noise this low at a moderate speed.
