The Thermaltake TOUGHFAN EX14 Pro 140 mm PWM case fan 3-pack is a set of three black 140 mm case fans built around swappable fan blades. Each fan ships with standard blades pre-installed plus a set of reverse blades, held by a quick magnetic connection (MagForce 2.0), so you can change the blade type to suit how you install the fan. Speed runs from 500 to 2,000 RPM, with 119.6 CFM and 3.57 mm-H2O per fan on the standard blades.

With three fans, three frames, three sets of reverse blades and three cables in the box, this pack suits PC builders who want to fill a case’s intake and exhaust positions in one go. The 4-pin PWM connector allows speed control from the motherboard, and the hydraulic bearing keeps the fans quiet at 31.6 dB-A on the standard blades. The reverse blades give 102.3 CFM at 34.1 dB-A, and each fan is 140 x 140 x 25 mm and screw-mounted, so it fits a 140 mm case fan position.

Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock.
