Product Overview

The Silverstone SST-FHL140 140 mm PWM fan is a high-speed 140 mm fan that delivers up to 123.8 CFM of airflow and static pressure of up to 7.66 mm H2O. It uses a three-phase, six-pole motor with a double ball bearing to reduce friction, and the frame is made from LCP material, which Silverstone says reduces vibration and keeps the fan stable at full speed.

With a 4-pin PWM connector, the speed can be controlled from your motherboard, and the quoted noise level is 38.8 dB. It can be used in a case, on a water-cooling radiator or on a CPU cooler. Its high static pressure suits radiators and dense heatsinks, while the double ball bearing is aimed at long-term operation at full speed. Note that the product page lists 800 to 2,500 RPM in its details but 3,000 RPM in the description.

Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock.
