Product Overview

The Noctua NF-A4x10 5V 40 mm case fan is a dedicated 5 V version of Noctua’s premium 40×10 mm low-noise fan. It uses the AAO frame system and aerodynamic measures such as Flow Acceleration Channels, and runs at up to 4,500 RPM with a rated noise level of 17.9 dB. It moves 8.2 m³/h (4.8 cfm) at a static pressure of up to 1.78 mm H2O.

With a 3-pin connector and a 5 V supply range, this small fan suits compact builds and 5 V applications where a standard 12 V fan won’t work. Smooth Commutation Drive technology and the SSO2 bearing are aimed at quiet running and long-term stability. Modular cabling and the OmniJoin adapter set are included according to the manufacturer. It draws just 0.25 W and measures 40 x 40 x 10 mm.
