Product Overview

The Inter-Tech IPC Fan Set 80 mm is a pack of four black 80 x 80 x 25 mm PWM case fans, designed as an upgrade set for Inter-Tech IPC server cases. The fans run at 1,000 to 2,000 rpm with a 4-pin PWM connection, so speed can be controlled by the mainboard. Each fan delivers an airflow of 30 m³/h at 27.2 dB.

This set is aimed at owners of Inter-Tech IPC chassis such as the 2U 20255, 2U 2129-N and 2U 2406-2412, which can be upgraded with PWM-controllable fans. The included cable connects to the fan backplane and to the PWM fan headers on the mainboard, and screws for mounting are supplied. At 12 V and 0.9 W per fan, it is a low-power option for PC cases and servers alike.

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock.
