Product Overview
The Asus ROG Eye S webcam is a Full HD USB webcam that records 1080p video at 60 fps, double the frame rate of conventional webcams according to Asus. It uses a 5 MP sensor with autofocus and Face Auto Exposure, which detects your face and adjusts the image so it appears brighter and sharper. A blue-glass filter removes infrared light and reduces colour shifts and colour cast.
Two beamforming microphones with ASUS AI Noise Cancelation can detect and reduce 500 million types of background noise while keeping the harmonics of your voice, and keyboard clatter and mouse clicks are cut by up to 95%. The webcam folds down to 17 mm, clips onto a laptop or monitor, and has a 1/4″ thread in its aluminium-alloy base for a tripod. It suits streamers and gamers, and the Armoury Crate software lets you adjust the noise-cancelling level or switch beamforming on or off.
