The Asus TUF Gaming A620M-PLUS is a micro ATX motherboard built on the AMD A620 chipset for Socket AM5 processors. It has four DDR5 slots with dual-channel support for up to 192 GB (Wave data; Icecat lists 128 GB), one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, two M.2 slots, four SATA III ports and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet. Video outputs include HDMI 2.1 and two DisplayPort 1.4, usable with CPUs that have integrated graphics.

This board suits a compact AM5 gaming build based on a Ryzen 7000, 8000 or 9000 series processor, including X3D models, without paying for a higher-end chipset. Memory support runs from DDR5-4800 to DDR5-7600+ (overclocked), with ECC and non-ECC modules. It has a six-layer PCB, UEFI AMI BIOS with a Back-to-BIOS button, Aura Sync RGB headers, Realtek 7.1 audio and a 244 x 244 mm footprint. Note there is no onboard Wi-Fi.
