Product Overview

The Asus PRIME B650M-A WIFI II is a micro-ATX motherboard for AMD Socket AM5 processors, built on the AMD B650 chipset. It has four DDR5 slots supporting up to 128 GB of memory, two M.2 slots (one with PCIe 5.0 x4 support) and four SATA ports. WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and 2.5 Gb Ethernet are built in, so no extra network cards are needed.

This board suits compact and mid-size gaming or everyday PC builds based on Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series CPUs. Video outputs (HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA) work when paired with a CPU that has integrated graphics. Fan control, Aura Sync RGB and the ASUS UEFI BIOS are included, with five 4-pin PWM fan headers. Note that a BIOS update may be needed to support the newest processors.

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock. On the next day I had a positive from them and in about a week the card was installed on my pc ! On top of that they work with Humm so I could split the payments.
