Product Overview

The Dell U3824DW is a 38-inch curved ultrawide monitor with a 3840 x 1600 WQHD+ resolution and a 21:9 aspect ratio. It uses IPS Black panel technology with a 2000:1 typical contrast ratio, and covers 98% of DCI-P3 and 100% of sRGB (Wave lists 98% sRGB; Icecat lists 100%). The USB-C port delivers up to 90 W of Power Delivery, so a single cable can carry video, data and charge a laptop.

This monitor suits office and multimedia setups where a lot of screen space and tidy cabling matter. It has a built-in KVM switch, a USB hub, a 2.5 Gbit-class-free RJ45 LAN port for wired networking, two HDMI inputs, DisplayPort 1.4 and 9 W of built-in speakers. The stand tilts, swivels and adjusts in height by 120 mm, and VESA 100 x 100 mounting is supported. DisplayPort, HDMI, USB-C and USB-A to USB-C cables are included. The refresh rate is 60 Hz, so it is aimed at productivity rather than fast-paced gaming.

Excellent seller and a great price for the Ryzen 7 9800X3D. Since the product is shipped from Poland, delivery takes a little longer compared to local stores, but my order arrived within the estimated timeframe. Everything was as expected. Highly recommended!

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. The computer came very well packed however, the cooler fan was loose inside the case. I managed to fix watching some youtube videos, not a big deal. In general, I am very happy with the purchase and all the customer service.

Very happy with my order. PC is working great and arrived in time and well packed. Definitely worth the purchase. Nowadays it's difficult for most people to spend a lot of money on one item, so I was pleased when I noticed they offered purchase options through Humm.

Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock. On the next day I had a positive from them and in about a week the card was installed on my pc ! On top of that they work with Humm so I could split the payments. Great customer service, they will be my guys for all my pc things!

Ovidiu Cimpoeru

Brilliant! No issues, the GPU arrived in about a weeks time
