Product Overview

The Asus TUF Gaming VG249Q5R is a 23.8-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) gaming monitor with a Fast IPS panel running at up to 200 Hz. Asus quotes a 0.3 ms (GTG) response time with Extreme Low Motion Blur, and AMD FreeSync Premium together with VESA Adaptive-Sync keeps visuals tear-free. The panel covers 100% of sRGB and reaches 300 cd/m² brightness with HDR10 support.

This monitor suits a competitive 1080p gaming setup where a high refresh rate matters more than resolution, such as shooters, racers and sports titles. It offers 2x HDMI 2.0 and 1x DisplayPort 1.4 inputs, a headphone output and two 2 W speakers. Gaming tools include Shadow Boost, GamePlus and Variable Overdrive. A DisplayPort cable is included, and the stand tilts from -5 to 22 degrees with VESA 75 x 75 mm wall-mount support.
