The Kingston DDR4-3200 ECC Registered memory module is a single 64 GB DIMM with 288 pins, running at 3200 MT/s (PC4-25600) with timings of 22-22-22. What sets it apart from standard desktop RAM is the combination of ECC error correction and registered (buffered) design, together with a dual-sided layout using 36 memory chips per module and a 2-rank configuration.

With 64 GB on one module, it suits servers and workstation-class systems that need a lot of memory on a single slot, and Icecat lists it as a component for PC/Server use. Because it is registered ECC memory, it needs a platform that supports registered DIMMs. The module is JEDEC-standard, gold-plated and RoHS compliant, and measures 133.3 mm wide and 31.2 mm high in a black finish.
