The Intel Core i7-14700F is a 14th-generation Raptor Lake-S desktop processor for the LGA1700 socket, with 20 cores and 28 threads. It combines 8 Performance cores (16 threads, up to 5.4 GHz boost) with 12 Efficiency cores (up to 4.2 GHz boost), backed by 28 MB of L2 and 33 MB of L3 cache. It has no integrated graphics, so it needs a discrete graphics card.

With a 65 W base power rating and a maximum turbo power of 219 W, this CPU suits gaming and multitasking builds that already include a graphics card. It works with Intel 700 and 600 series chipset motherboards and supports PCIe 5.0 and 4.0, as well as DDR5 and DDR4 memory depending on the board.
