The Intel Core i9-14900F is a 24-core, 32-thread desktop processor for the LGA1700 socket, built on the Raptor Lake-S architecture. It combines 8 Performance cores (up to 5.8 GHz boost) with 16 Efficiency cores (up to 4.3 GHz boost), backed by 36 MB of L3 cache and 32 MB of L2 cache. The F suffix means there is no integrated graphics, so a dedicated graphics card is required.

This boxed version suits gaming and multi-threaded builds on Intel 700 and 600 series motherboards, with support for PCIe 5.0 and 4.0 as well as DDR5 and DDR4 memory (depending on the board). It has a 125 W base TDP and a maximum of 253 W, so pair it with a capable aftermarket cooler and a solid power supply. Note that no cooler is included in the box.
