Product Overview

The Intel Core i7-14700KF is a 20-core unlocked desktop processor for the LGA 1700 socket, built on the Raptor Lake-S architecture. It combines 8 Performance cores (16 threads) boosting up to 5.6 GHz with 12 Efficiency cores (12 threads) boosting up to 4.3 GHz, giving 28 threads in total. It carries 28 MB of L2 cache and 33 MB of L3 cache.

This is the KF variant, so it has no integrated graphics and needs a dedicated graphics card. The unlocked multiplier suits builders who want to overclock, and the boxed version ships without a cooler, so you will need to buy a separate CPU cooler. It works with Intel 700 and 600 series motherboards and supports PCIe 5.0 and 4.0 as well as DDR5 and DDR4 memory, depending on the board.
