Product Overview

The Noctua NF-S12B redux-1200 PWM is a 120 mm case fan designed for low-resistance applications such as general case cooling. It runs from 400 to 1,200 RPM under 4-pin PWM control, moving up to 100.6 m³/h (59.2 cfm) of air at a rated noise level of just 18.1 dB. It uses Noctua’s SSO bearing and the in-house NE-FD1 PWM IC for fully automatic speed control.

The redux edition is a slimmed-down, more affordably priced version of the well-regarded NF-S12B, reduced to the fan itself. It suits gaming and general-purpose PC builds where quiet running matters, and works as an intake or exhaust fan on any 120 mm mount. The fan is screw-mounted, draws only 1.2 W from 12 V and has an MTBF of over 150,000 hours.
