Product Overview

The Montech HyperFlow Silent 360 is a 360 mm all-in-one liquid CPU cooler with a slim 27 mm aluminium radiator and three 120 mm fans. The radiator uses a single-row 20 FPI fin design, and the fans run at up to 2,200 RPM with 72.3 CFM of airflow, rated at 24.8 dB. The pump spins at up to 3,100 RPM according to the product data and draws 3.6 W.

With 400 mm tubing and a screw-mounted bracket, it suits mid-tower and larger cases that have room for a 360 mm top or front radiator. Support covers Intel LGA 1151, 1200, 1700, 1851, 2011, 2011-3 and 2066, plus AMD AM3, AM4 and AM5, so it fits a wide range of current and older builds. Both the pump and fans connect via 4-pin, with PWM control on the fans.
